Three colpora; Colpus: elliptic, colpus apex acute, distance between the adjacent colpal apices 8-9 µm, margo undifferentiated aperture_membrane scabrate, costae_colpi present; Os: lalongate, often constricted at the equator, costae lacking around the blunt lateral ends

Tectate, reticulate, mur ±0.5 µm, lumina ±1.0 µm, infratectum (dupli)columellate, exine thickness at the mid-point of the intercolpium ±2.5 µm
