MSS3Y - The text, comprising 3 palm leaves, describes formulations of the medicines recommended for diseases for diabetes mellitus (vēku mūttiram). The writing of the leaves is unclear.

MSS3Z0 - The text, comprising 4 palm leaves, describes some formulations of medicines such as a medicated oil (eṇṇey) for urinary tract infections (mēkam), hernia (aṇṭa vāyu), and a type of medicine for rectifying pitta imbalance (pitta vākatikku koṭukkiṟa vayaṉam). The text mentions also some mantiram.

MSS3Z1 - The text, comprising 7 palm leaves, describes formulations of the medicine recommended for treating strangulation of urine (nīrkaṭṭiṉa pēru), massive emaciation in childen (kuḻantai mikavum iḷaittu poṉata), periodical fever (nālām piṟai kāyccal), muscle pull (piṭippu), discharge of pus in ears (kātil cīḻ vaṭital) and pain in hip joint (iṭuppu vali). It describes a medicated oil (eṇṇey) for treating stomach disorders (uttara kaṇṭa piḷḷai). It recommends a mixure of salt and garlic flakes grilled in flame for treating renal calculus in white goat; seeds of cucumber with onion grilled in flame added with hot water for relieving constipation and facilitating urination; otiyam pāl (a milk not identified) fried with borax added with hot water or elicevi ilai (a leaf not identified) crushed mixed with jaggery and cow’s milk for facilitating urination.

MSS3Z2 - The text, comprising 27 palm leaves, describes formulations of the medicine recommended for treating : cough (irumal), ear ache (kātu nōvu), diseases caused by vāta imbalance, urinary tract infections (mēkam), colic pain (cūlai), indigestion in children associated with convulsions (icumāntai), bronchial asthma (iraippu), anemia (cōkai), delerium (caṉṉi), purpurae (ratta pittam), wounds (puṇ), dysmenorrhoea (cūtaka vāyu), tumour (kiranti), and other diseases not identified. The names of the medicines mentioned in the text are : Mānta eṇṇey, Pēti eṇṇey, Karpattukku eṇṇey, Akkiṉi muka cūraṇam and Vaṭavākkiṉi curukku.

MSS3Z3 - The text, comprising 6 palm leaves, is a song entitled Viṭutalai kummi pātu relating the history of liberation (sic).

MSS3Z4 - The text, comprising 6 palm leaves, describes formulations of the medicine recommended for treating : hiccup (vikkal), fever with delirium (caṉṉi vāta curam), and muscle pull (piṭippu). Tāḷicapattiri cūraṇam and Raca piṭippukku eṇṇey (oil for muscle pull) are mentioned in the text which, moreover, presents the names of some raw materials used for these diseases.

MSS3Z5 - The text, comprising 8 palm leaves, deals with mantiram for treating poison from scorpion sting (teḷkaṭi) and snake bite (pāmpu kaṭi), disorders caused by evil spirits (pēy kaṭṭa) and another disorder not identified (cakkiliyaṉ). One mantiram “Aṭipaṭṭu, iṭipaṭṭu, cemmaṉiṭṭu iraiñci ulantu pōka vā, vā.”, related to physical sufferings and implorations for destroying diseases, is quoted with its yantira picture.
