பல்வேறு சுவடிகளில் இருந்து தொகுக்கப்பட்ட 5 ஓலைகளை கொண்டது இந்த சுவடி.இந்த சுவடி நல்ல நிலையில் உள்ளது, சில ஓலைகள் மட்டும் பூச்சியால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
மூன்று ஓலைகள் பேதிக்குரிய மருந்துகள் பற்றி கூறுகிறது, மற்ற ஓலைகள் மருந்து செய்முறைகளில் சேரும் சரக்குகளின் பெயர்கள் பற்றி கூறுகிறது.மருந்துகளின் பெயர்கள் குறிப்பிட படவில்லை
Extent and Format of Original Material
Size of the manuscript : 17,3cm x 2,8cm. The text is composed of 5 palm leaves numbered 108-109; 112, 114 and 118. There are two blank leaves placed at the beginning and at the end of the text. The manuscript is in good condition; the leaves are slightly affected by larvae.
The manuscript contains 7 leaves of 10-12 lines. It has no wood boards.
