Description
The manuscript is made of 3 palm leaves without numbering; the text is incomplete. The leaves are in bad condition, affected by larvae and broken.
The text, written in prose, describes the formulation of Pūpati kuḷikai, Kenti cuṇṇam and Māltēvi centūram and the process of incineration (puṭam). It exposes some eye diseases (kaṇ nōykaḷ).

உரைநடை வடிவில் எழுதப்பட்டுள்ள இந்த நூல், பூபதி குளிகை, கெந்தி சுண்ணம் மற்றும் மால்தேவி செந்தூரம் போன்ற மருந்துகளின் செய்முறையையும், புடங்கள் போடும் முறைகள் பற்றியும் விளக்குகிறது.சில வகை கண் நோய்கள் பற்றியும் விளக்குகிறது
