Description
The manuscript comprises a text of 13 palm leaves numbered between 4 and 45. The manuscript is in bad condition, many leaves are broken and those n° 22 and 45 are only pieces of leaf. The leaves are also slightly affected by larvae.
The text, written in prose, exposes some mantiraṅkaḷ which are used by the Iruḷa (a Tamil tribe) to expel āvikkaḷ (souls of deaths which possess people), to perform magical actions (viṉōtam vittai), to treat snake bites (pāmpu kaṭi) and to trap snakes (pāmpu puṭittal), as well as a yantiram addressed to the goddess Kāḷi.

4 முதல் 45க்குள் எண் கொண்ட 13 ஓலைகளை கொண்ட ஒரு நூலை உடையது இந்த சுவடி.இந்த சுவடி மோசமான நிலையில் உள்ளது, நிறைய ஓலைகள் உடைந்தும் 22 மற்றும் 45ஆம் ஓலைகள் பாதிதான் உள்ளது.இதன் ஓலைகளும் பூச்சியால் சிறிதளவு பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
உரைநடை வடிவில் எழுதப்பட்டுள்ள இந்த நூல் இருளர்கள் பயன்படுத்தும் சில மந்திரங்கள், ஆவிக்குரிய மந்திரம், வினோதம் வித்தை செய்ய, பாம்பு கடிக்கு, பாம்பு பிடிக்க மந்திரங்கள் மற்றும் பெண் தெய்வமான காளிக்கு யந்திரம் பற்றி கூறுகிறது

Size of the manuscript : 24,5cm x 3,2cm. The text has13 palm leaves numbered between 4 and 45. There are two blank leaves places at the belinning and at the end of the text. The manuscript is in bad condition, many leaves are broken and those n° 22 and 45 are only a small piece. The leaves are also slightly affected by larvae.
The manuscript contains 15 leaves of 10-14 lines each. The manuscript has no wood boards.
