This transcript has been copied from T 599 belonging to the Adyar Library, Madras. The table of contents has the word yogajāgama as the title of the text but most of the colophons have the word yogajatantra as the title, while a few, yogaja simply. There are two sheets of paper in the bundle containing the table of contents, one being the xerox copy of the handwritten one. All the topics are called vidhipaṭala-s. The text proper contains the topics from the parivārasthāpanavidhipaṭala to mahotsavavidhipaṭala prāsādalakṣaṇavidhipaṭala [19th topic] lacks the beginning and the end (vide the statement atragranthapātaḥ at the end of p. 132) like the dīkṣālakṣaṇavidhi (18th topic) which lacks the end. Sheets numbered as 170 and 171 contain utsavavacana-s said to have been taken from the siddhāntaśekhara, the saṃkalpanirākaraṇa and the kāmika. All the sheets of paper have their reverse blank
