This transcript was copied from a MS belonging to Jnānaprakāsa Swamikal maṭam, Kancheepuram. In page 933 the name of the scribe and the place is given - śrikṛṣṇa. The text was composed in śālivāṭī (Srilanka). The whole text is kept in two bundles. There is a note at the beginning of the text, which reads: " The manuscript of Pauṣkaravṛtti belongs to Tondamandalam Sri Jñānaprakāsa Swamigal Mutt, Kancheepuram. This is a palm-leaf manuscript of size 4 cm x 36 cm, with an average of ten lines per page. The writing being fairly good. The manuscript contains Daśakāryam, Pauṣkarajñānapādaḥ and Prāsādaṣaṭślokī. It contains 1 to 219 leaves, and the transcript covers 936 pages. P. B. Sesadhri, 10/06/1965 ". There are two extra sheets, one with contents and another with notes

Page - 1, l - 1; ॥ hariḥ om॥ pauṣ.karavṛttiḥ॥ gaṇeśaṃ sānujaṃ sāmbaṃ śivaṃ vāgīśvarīṃ gurūn। praṇamya pauṣkarīṃ vyākhyāṃ vidyāṃśāntu karomyaham। atha saśiva svataśśivaṃkara svaśivatva tiraskatṛmalaruṅmatāṃ muktaye tatassūpāyamavindutāṃ puṃsāmapariṇatimatimale'nugrahārthaṃ pañcamantratanuḥ śrīmānparameśaḥ pārameśvaranāmagītantantraṃ anuṣṭupchandasā koṭisaṃkhyayānibadhvāvidyārājādhirājasyānantasyopadiṣṭavān।
