Copied from a MS belonging to Vembattur mutt, Tirunelveli. There are two extra pages at the beginning, the first of which records the title of the text and the second of which gives a short note regarding the manuscript from which it is copied. Although incomplete, this is a substantial part of the text of the printed commentary on aghoraśiva's kriyākramadyotikā

Page - 1, l - 1; ॥ hariḥ om॥ ॥ asphuṭārthaprakāśikā॥ vighneśvaraṃ vighnaśāntai vāṇīṃ vācaḥ pravṛttaye। gurūn śuddhārthabhānāya praṇamāmi nirantaram। śivaṃ śaktiṃ gaṇādhīśaṃ guhaṃ vāgīśvaraṃ kramāt। durvāsasamṛṣiṃ vande paiṅgalādyāṃścadeśikān। candrārdhacūḍaśikhariprabhavastanoti gaurīstanodbhavapayojaladhinnipīya। yo vighnapādapamahāvanabhaṅgalīlān tanmattavāraṇamahaṃ śaraṇaṃ prapadye॥
