Copied from a MS belonging to Swaminatha Sivacharya, Tiruvaduturai. There are 8 extra pages at the beginning, the first of which records the title of this text, the next 6 pages give the contents of this text, as well as the contents of T 0273 & T 0274 (because all are copied from the same palm-leaf manuscript) and the last page records a note, which reads: " tiruvāvaḍuturaiśrīsvāmināthaśivācāryasyeyaṃ tālapatramātṛkā
asyāṃ mātṛkāyāṃ 258 tālapatrāṇi santi
patrasya dīrghaḥ 13/4' (53 cṃ) viśālaḥ 21/2"
