Copied from the palm-leaf manuscript belonging to the Kuhattu matham, Tirunelveli. There are 5 extra pages at the beginning, the first of which records the source of the manuscript (from which it is copied), the second records the title of the text (where varuṇapaddhati has been mentioned as an additional title of this text) and other pages record the contents of the text. In fact the name of the author of this text in not mentioned anywhere; but on the basis of the other transcripts (T 0055, T 0321, T 0323 etc.) of the same work it is assumed that the author may be vedajñāna, otherwise known as nigamajñānadeśika
