Page - 1, l - 1; śrīḥ॥ kāraṇāgame pratiṣṭhātantre tantrāvatāraḥ ॥ śuklāmbaradharaṃ viṣṇuṃ śaśivarṇaṃ caturbhujam । prasannavadanaṃ dhyāyet sarvavighnopaśāntaye ॥ om bhūdharordhvatriśṛṅgeṣu ratnaśṛṅga niketane । tatrāsīnaṃ mahādevaṃ śrīkaṇṭhaṃ suravanditam ॥ 1॥ yogapīṭhasthitaṃ tasya vāme gaurisamāyutam । sarvadevāvṛtaṃ siddhaṃ munigandharvasevitam ॥ 2 ॥
