Copied from a MS belonging to Ayyamani Sivacharya, Tiruvadanai. This transcript is kept together with the transcript No. T 0339 in one bundle. The scribe of the manuscript from which this transcript was copied is Svāminātha Sarman, according to p. 23. The text is attributed to the padmasaṃhitā, but apparently this is not the well-known pāñcarātra text of this name

Page - 1, l - 1; śrīḥ śāstāpratiṣṭhā॥ athātaḥ saṃpravakṣyāmi śāstāsthāpanamuttamam। śāsināṃ sarvalokasya tasmāt śāstadihocyate॥ tasyoktasya svarūpasya sthāpanaṃ tacchṛṇuṣvāpi। samudramathane kāle parimāṇyamṛtaṃ tathā। harisvarūpaṃ strīrūpaṃ mohinī nāma nāmatā। tāṃ māhinīṃ strīmadṛṣṭvā sāgatosmi kadācana। jātastadā mahāśāstā mohayanti vatīśvaraḥ। dvinetraṃ dvibhūjaṃ caiva sarvābharaṇabhūṣitam॥
