Copied from a MS belonging to Sundara Diksitar, Tirunelveli, No. 7. This text contains a chapter called pañcamantaraṃge lakṣadīpavidhipaṭala of the śivakarmadīpikā of the Svāyambhuvāgama. On the basis of the pagination of the current transcript it is asserted that origināly from which the transcript was transcribed those pages are like 36-63 missing. There are 4 extra pages at the beginning of the text that contain the list of the contents
