Copied from a MS belonging to the GOML, Madras, No. R 16785. There are 4 extra pages at the beginning, of which the first page records a note, which reads: " The manuscript belongs to the govt. oriental Manuscript library Madras and is in the form of a notebook of size 31 mṃ x 25 m. m. It contains 181 pages, with an average of 24 lines per page. The script is Devanāgarī. This manuscript bearing the no. 16785 (R) has been copied from an original belonging to the Kunrakkudi ….., Ramnad Dt. In the pages from 1 to 40, there are given neither the name of the āgama nor names of paṭalas. A paṭala on dolotsavavidhi, which is not found in the kilvelur mss. Is seen here in addition. The paṭalas contained here are belonging from lingotpatti and ending with snapana. The difference in reading in the above has been mentioned in the kilvelur mss. Under item B. The above mentioned dolotsavavidhi and the portion form p. 1 - 40 have been copied here separately. T. Ramanujam, 03/12/1962 ". The second page records the contents of the bundle and 3rd and 4th record the tālapatrānukramaṇikā
