Transcripts T 0576 and T 0577 are kept in single bundle. Copied from a paper MS belonging to the Oriental Institute, Baroda, Acc. No. 9059. There are two extra pages at the beginning which record the contents and the title of the text. After the title page there is a small sheet of typed paper which records briefly the history of the manuscript (from which it is copied). After copying, the transcript was compared with its exemplar and corrections were made

Page - 1, l - 1; yogaśataṭīkā॥ śrīḥ। oṃ namaḥ śrīdhanvantaraye ॥ śrīcandramauliṃ praṇipatya mūrdhnā samantabhadreṇa janasya heto[ḥ] । śrīpūrṇasainaiḥ sukhabodhanārthaḥ prārabhyate yogaśatasya ṭīkā ॥ anādinidhanā jīvāsteṣāṃ jīvānāṃ āhāravātasī[śī]tātapavarṣaviṣamāsanonnidrādibhi- vyādhiye[vyadhiyo utpadyate[nte] ।

Page - 52, l - 4; atra śāstra uktamapi yat । tadapi bheṣajaṃ rogeṣu deyāt। śāstraṃ hi kiñcidupadeśabalaṃ karoti । idaṃ śāstraṃ yogaśataṃ cikitsvalpa yogānupadeśabalaṃ karoti ॥ 18 ॥ [?] guṇādhikaṃ - - - dhya prāptaṃ mayā puṇyamanuttamaṃ yat । nānāprakārāmayanīḍabhūtaṃ kṛtsnaṃ jagattena bhavennarogam ॥ guṇādhikaṃ rogopaśamanaviṣaye adhikabalavat kiṃ tadyogaśataṃ yo । samāptakalpo'yaṃ granthaḥ ॥
