There is an extra page in the beginning which records the contents of the bundle and the contents of the text, titled: devīdīkṣāvidhāna (copied on T 0645). The beginning page (p.1) records the titles of the texts, with the manuscript number (from which the the texts have been copied), of T 0640, T 0641 and T 0642

Page - 2, l - 1; ॥ nityārcanavidhiḥ॥ śrīmaddhanagiri someśvarāya namaḥ॥ śrīśāradāṃbāyai namaḥ॥ śrīgurubhyo namaḥ। vakṣye śivārcanaṃ puṇyaṃ bhukti muktiphalapradam। śivārcanaṃ tadvividhaṃ parārtha svārtha bhedataḥ॥ parārthaṃ brāhmaṇāḥ kuryur dīkṣitā yajanaṃ vibhoḥ। sarve svārthaṃ prakurvīran dīkṣitā brāhmaṇādayaḥ॥ adīkṣitaścaturvedī na spṛśennāpi cārcayet।
