The epithet bhadra shows that the fierce deity kālī becomes benevolent to favour the devotees. A mantra with this name is not available in any library. The dhyānaśloka, found in this text occurs in a slightly different from in Tanjore XX Supp. 324, where the mantra is called bālāmantra
