Fol.12b is blank. This Ms. contains the mantra of Pratikriyāśūlinī, a form of Durgā. The word pratikriyā in the title indicates that this mantra, when addressed to "Sūlinī, makes this deity counteract the harm done by evil spirits. It is understood from the colophone that this forms part of the ākā''sabhairavakalpa composed by one śaṃkara. At the end, this is called Praktikriyāstotra. The Tanjore Ms. Suppl. 893 bearing this name is a different one. Similarly GOML. D. 6643 and 6644 are different from the Ms. under notice
