Writing is in different hands and on 3-4 columns in fols. 1-6 and 9-15. The reverse side (b) of all the leaves is blank. The first and second fly leaves contain śloka-s in praise of vināyaka. This text contains, in 15 śloka-s, vināyakastotra. The śloka-s on fols. 1a-5a are said to be in the brahmāṇḍapurāṇa. This is not found in the printed edition but most of these verses are found (with variants) in th mūṣikavāhanastotra which is published in a book entitled mūṣikavāhana (Grantha script, Madurai), which contains also three other stotra-s found in the Ms. Writing is in 3 columns
