This manual deals with the rules for sowing seeds for germination of seedlings. The occaisons for and the number of days during which this ritual is to be undertaken are stated. After treating this in a general way, the text deals with the treatments under the kāmya kind (fol. 22a-26a). At the end, ritual for sūryapūjā is found. citations are taken from the suprabhedāgama. IFI.T. 90, 552, 554 and others treat this topic in a slightly different manner
