This text narrates the story cnnected with varalakṣmīvrata, Tamil explanation (translated into Grantha) is given for the words in śloka-s. The work is incomplete. This is stated to have been taken from the bhaviṣyottarapurāṇa. GOMLṝ. 61v gives an account of this and states the brahmāṇḍapurāṇa as its source. Fols. 55a-56b contains something about ṣaḍāhāra, 58a something about agnikuṇḍa, 58b contains incomplete repetition of tripravakathana found on fols. 55a-56b 59-60, some aspects of sandhyāvāhana. Fol.57b is blank
