devi sureśvari bhagavati gaṅge tribhuvanatāriṇi(tarala) taraṅge। śaṃkaramaulivihāriṇi vimale mama maitrāstāṃ tava padakamale॥1॥

paṭhati sa bhaktyā yo vai lokaḥ saṃsāre'smin bhavati viśokaḥ॥ iti evaṃ śrīmatparamahaṃsaparivrājakācāryaśrīmadbhagavacchaṃkarācāryaviracitaṃ gaṅgāstotraṃ saṃpūrṇam॥
