Civajñānacittiyārurai (Cupakkam)

Civajñānacittiyar in the 13th century gives an exposition on the śaiva doctrine based upon Meykkaṇṭār's sūtra. It has two parts cupakkam (svapakṣa) and parapakkam (parapakṣa) dealing with prima facie and siddhānta views respectively. here cupakkam is given as the title in the margin (fol.19a) and we have the first stanza of the same with a very brief commentary. From fol.20a-40a, there is a commentary on the parapakkam. In the middle of fol.26a-30a, there is just a repetation of the previous portion. This commentary is not yet published, still there is similarity between it and the notes on Tattvaprakāśar's commentary published in Lakṣmī Vilas Press, Madras 1935
