This contains śloka-s in praise of bālāmbikā, consort of vaidyanātha, of vaittisvarankoil. The first śloka of the text is the phalaśruti of reciting the vaidyanāthāṣṭaka and the last one is a śloka in praise of the god of śvetāṭavī (tiruveṇkāṭu, Tanjore Dt.). Fol. 61b contains śloka-s in praise of Devī
