This text deals with kaulamārga. mahāṣoḍaśikāvidyā is dealt with. Aāra kaulaśrāddha and other mattes are treaeshere. The tex is in the form of a discourse delivered by vāsudeva (bhagavān) to arjuna. The scribe's name is given on fol. 14a as śambaśiva, son of vaidyaliṅgagurukkaL an ādiśaiva residing in kuñjarapura.S
