vighnadhvantanivāraṇaikataraṇir vighnāṭavīhavyavāṭ vighnavyālakulopamardagaruḍo vighnebhapañcānanaḥ। vighnottuṅgagirīndramardanapaviḥ vighnābdhikumbhodbhavaḥ vighnāghaughanapracaṇḍapavano vighneśvaraḥ pātu mām।

arda(?) vāntaśarīro'yaṃ pīḍayatyakhilaṃ jagat। pūjākāle samutthāpya tato'vāṅmukhamarcayet। evaṃ dhyātvā oṃ hāṃ vāstupuruṣāya namaḥ iti saṃpūjya।
