Ātmārthaśivapūjāvidhi

One fly-leaf at the beginning and 3 at the end. It is written śivapūjāvidhi" on fol. 1a. Fol. 1b contains a Tamil verse in praise of goddess. Fol.2 contains lists of śaiva principles, adhvan-s and their numbers. Fols. 3-4 contain some astrological matters like tārābala, candrabala and the suitable days and zodical signs for installations in temple. In fol. 5 there are some verses concerning the charecteristics of a real guru etc. The text contains the procedure of the worship of śiva for one's own sake in the house. Since the work breaks off in the middle there is no colophon. IFI.T. 97 contains the same text and the colophon states that it belongs to 40th paṭala of sūkṣmāgama. In the margin of fol. 6a it iswritten as "mūlāgamaśivapūjāvidhi"
