This contains the ākhyāṣaṣṭi of śrīdhara veṅkaṭeśa. It contains 63 śloka-s of which the last three are not traceable to the printed edition. Even among others there are śloka-s which are not found in the printed text and some of the śloka-s in the printed text are not found in Mss. On the margin on fol. 29, the title is given as ākhyāśataka. This work is in praise of śiva
