Sulocanapaddhati

This contains the procedure for consecration (pratiṣṭhā) of the main deity at the temple in Tirunelveli. Further this paddhati is mainly concerned with that particular temple. It basically follows the kāmikāgama. At some places it follows kāraṇa, svāyambhuva, etc. The text as we have only starts from the 43rd fol. and hence nobeginning is available. The text starts with the last portion of the pañcagavyavidhi. Many leaves in the middle of the text are lost. Saptaśuddhi, vāstubali, piśācabali, rakṣoghnahoma are some of the topics dealt with in the text. Missing fols. are 1-42, 54, 56-60, 69-96, 98-172, 177-216, 218-240, 242-244 and 246-254. This is a rare text and not noticed in any other manuscript
