This text in 2 folios contains the beginning portion of the worship conducted in vaiśākha month (May-June) at the Tirunelveli temple. The text breaks off at the ācāryavaraṇa and hence incomplete. Fol. 6 contains some portions of viṣṇupratiṣṭhāvidhi; fol. 7 contains the nyāsa-s for bālagopālamantra and puruṣasūktamantra; fol.8a contains fragments of prāṇapratiṣṭhā and 8b contains passages from the agastyasaṃhitā of the pañcarātrāgama. In fols. 9-10 there are fragments of viṣṇupūjā; fol. 11 contains a few lines on the code of conduct of the śaiva-ācārya and fol.12 contains śāstṛmantra and nyāsa, etc

śuklāmbaradharaṃ viṣṇuṃ śaśivarṇaṃ caturbhujam। prasannavadanandhyāyet sarvavighnopaśāntaye। atha vaiśākhamāsapūjāvidhirucyate। tadyathā : vaiśākhamāsapūjāpūrvadine yajamānaḥ snānādinityakarmapūjāntannirvartya mantrajñamācāryapuruṣamāhūya tasya upacāraissaṃpujya
