This contains the nāmasārastotra which is a stotra giving the names of devī. śiva is stated to have discourced upon these to viṣṇu. This differs slightly from GOML.D. 17906 and Tanjore 19998. This forms 14th chapter of the saubhāgyalakṣmīmahātantra (see colophon fol. 37a)
