Miscellaneous Notes

This contains the daily worship done to the god and goddess at Tirunelveli temple. The text starts with the getting up of the priest from bed and details the procedure of worship. The peculiarity of this text is that it does not follow any āgama text but the śrīvidyākrama. There is also śrīcakrapūjā. Everywhere the god is invoked as śrīkāntimatyānandasundaryambāsameta sūryaśrīśālivāṭīśānndasomasundareśvara". 9 guru-s : sadāśivācārya, anantaśivācārya, śrīkaṇṭhaśivācārya, ambikāśivācārya, guhśivācārya, viṣṇuśivācārya, brahmaśivācārya, aghoraśivācārya and pañcākṣaraśivācārya are mentioned in fol. 49b-50a. Further many vedic mantra-s are used in the text. The beginning and end portions are lost
