This gives the way of life one should practise everyday. After offering his prayer to śiva, he shall meditate upon śakti. Ajapā is to be practised then and its offerings are to be made to the deities like gaṇapati. Snāna and japa are to be undertaken according to the tantric rules. Obeisance is to be paid to the guruparamparā. The pādukā-s of guru-s are to be worshipped. There are stotra-s in praise of devī, īśvara and others. The treatment is more of the śākta kind

śrī gurubhyo namaḥ। tatra 'srīmān sādhako rajanīturyayāme vibudhyāvaśyakaṃ kṛtvā hastau pādau ca prakṣālya dhautavāsasī paridhāyācamya। svāsane samupaviśya pūjāmūrte nirmālyamākarṣe pūrvadinapūjāvaśiṣṭapuṣpādīnāvakṣyamānasamastaprakaṭetyādisamaṣṭividyayā trirabhyarcya brahmarandhrasthaśvetasahasradalakamalakarṇikāyāṃ siṃhāsane samupaviṣṭam।
