This text contains the 1000 names of Goddess kāmākṣī in verse form. The names begin with the letter "a" and ends with "kṣa". The text also contains the introduction describing how it was composed by a devotee to get himself cured from fever and also the phalaśruti. The source of the text is not known and it seems to be a rare text. Fol. 19b contains 16 names in praise of Goddess
