kāmike। bāṇo nāmāsuraḥ prokta.......ṣ siddhyartham ādarāt। prārthayāmāsa pūjārthaṃ liṅgāni vividhāni ca। dattavān liṅgakoṭīnāṃ caturdaśa maheśvaraḥ। tāni sampūjya kālānte eṣu sthāneṣu nikṣipet।

saikataṃ taṇḍulaṃ caiva nadīmṛdgomayaṃ tathā। navanītaṃ ca rūdrākṣaṃ piṣṭaṃ gandhaṃ ca kūrcakam। puṣpamālā gulaṃ jalaṃ bhasmam( ) pallavam eva ca। maṇḍale pratimāyāṃ vā gurudehe nijātmani।
