This text contains the first 86 verses of the siddhāntasārāvali. The last one corresponds to the 95th verse of the kriyāpāda (GOML.Bulletin, vol. XVII and XVIII). The text is prefaced by the maṅgalaśloka of the commentary of anantaśambhu

śrīmad vaidyeśaliṅgaṃ paramamunigaṇais sevitaṃ sat padārthai[s] svasya prācyādikāṣṭhāgatayugamanubhis saṃyutaṃ liṅgarupaiḥ। natvānantākhyaśambhur varagurukaruṇāmbhodhisaṃsktacetā[ḥ] śrīmat siddhāntasārāvalīvivṛtiparaṃ vacmi gūḍhārthasiddhyai। otaṃ yena jagc carācaram idaṃ protañ ca sarvaṃ sadā cyotante paśavo'pi pāśanikarād yasya prasādena tat।
Manuscript Ending
kuṇḍāgneyakamaṇḍale sthitir atho darbheṇa nāḍīsthitihomomūdhnaṇubhiḥ(?) ssapātahavanaṃ mūlāhutīnāṃ śatam। uktiśaivamanoś ca niṣkṛtir atho vāgīśapūjāgnikaśiṣyaprokṣaṇatāḍanāntaragatiṃ ś(?)cidbhedanordhvā hṛdi।86।
