This text contains some verses which speak about the mūlādhāra and other 5 cakra-s situated in the human body and also the ajapājapa. A fragment of the summary of the prāsādaṣaṭślokī is given in Tamil. Since the left and the rightedges of the first folio are broken the title of the text is not known. On fol. 4a there is a reference to one Trilocanaśiva, the head of the āmardakamaṭha who is said to have composed a work called siddhāntarahasya
