pañcakaṃ nyaset। oṃ hom avyaktarūpā[y]ai namaḥ। śāntyatītakalāyai namaḥ। iti aṅguṣṭhena nyaset। oṃ heṃ kta(?) tat puruṣāya vidmahe śāntyai namaḥ। pūrvamukhe। oṃ he[ṃ] mahādevāya dhīmahī[hi] vidyāyai namaḥ। dakṣiṇamukhe।

śrīmat kiraṇe: sarvajñayā[sarvajñāya?] namastubhyaṃ sarvakartre namo'stute। avilubdhasvarūpāya cin matrāya [mātrāya?] namo'stu te। pramāṇāmitasehāya nama[ś]śāntāya tejase। sat........ṃ vikaraṇātītahānādā(?)। nityapūjāvidhis samāptaḥ।
