avighnam astu। śubham astu। śivaṃ sadāśivaṃ rudraṃ sadeśādigurūn api natveśapūjāstotrasya vivṛtiḥ kathyate mayā। tatra tāvat ācāryaḥ śrīmat goLakīmaṭhanivāsij~Nānaśivasantānāṅgabhūte vātuLabhedadviśatika[kā]lottarādyarthaṃ vivicya j~Nānaratnāvi[va]liṃ saptasahasram uddhavitām uktvā tatra pramāṇa'slokair anekaiḥ nirṇītān niścityānumānāvasānaṃ pūjāstavavyājena samuccinoti। prātariti।
