atha vakṣye viśeṣeṇa saṃkocavidhir ucyate। maṇḍūkasarpam evan tu bhṛṅgipuṣpañ ca sambhavet। ārṣādiṣu liṅgeṣu maṇḍūkasarpasaṅgraham। pramadāt bhṛṅgipuṣpañ ca navīkarapūrvakam। svāyambhuve vi'seṣeṇa mūlasaṅkocam ācaret।

dinaṃ prati viśeṣeṇa navakaṃ śāntihomakam। evaṃ krameṇa kartavyaṃ kārayet tu vicakṣaṇaḥ। pañjarastu visṛjyātha anye samprokṣaṇam kuru। mūlasaṃkocam ityuktaṃ bālasthāpanam ācaret। iti svāyambhuve pratiṣṭhātantre mūlasaṃkocavidhipaṭalaḥ।
