śuklāmbaradharaṃ viṣṇuṃ śaśivarṇañ caturbhujam। prasannavadanan dhyāyet sarvavighnopaśāntaye। oṃ bhūḥ। parameśvaraprītyarthaṃ vandhyacatuṣṭayadoṣanivṛtyarthaṃ ṣoḍaśakalāsvarūpacandraprasādena samastaputrāriṣṭanivṛttidvārā jhaṭityeva jīvat suputrāvāptyarthaṃ candrasya yāva[t?]śakyadhyānam( ) āva[ā]hanaṣoḍaśopacārapūjāṃ kariṣye।
