This contains the mantra of brahmavidyā as enjoined in the garuḍopaniṣad. This mantra is used to propitiate garuḍa to take out all kinds of poison of serpents from men. Leaves of the codex are of different colours and written in different hands

asya śrīgaruḍopaniṣadbrahmavidyāmahāmantrasya brahmā ṛṣiḥ devī gāyatrī chandaḥ॥ lakṣmīśasahitapakṣirājo devatā। kṣiṃ bījam svāhā śaktiḥ pakṣirājaprasādasiddhyarthe mama sakalaviṣasaṃharaṇasiddhyarthe jape viniyogaḥ।
