This text is not available anywhere (?) and not noticed in N.C.C. The author belonged to śrīvatsakula. This text deals with the fixation of proper time for several rituals. Fol. 89b contains some diagrams. This Ms. is too brittle, edges on both sides are lost in many leaves, smoe leaves are broken into 2 or 3 parts and hardly possible to put them together, some leaves are of different colours and this is written in different hands.
