This text gives the detais of the procedure of the holy marriage of devī with śiva. Fol. 54a contains a fragmentary procedure for drawing bālācakra and it's "b" side is blank. Fol. 55 deals with the daśadāna, vāstunāthapūjā and dhvajadaṇḍadevatāpūjā as preliminary rites to dhvajārohaṇa and fol. 56 contains a fragment of sandhyāvāhana (vāyusandhi)
