It is written in poetry form which is a prayer on maturai kūṭalaḻakecaṉ. Fol. 112a contains a verse in praise of śrikṛṣṇa. In 'a' side of the fly-leaf it is written that this Ms. belongs to one koopālaṉ and is requested to return it. Fol. 114 contains diagrams of cakra, ūrdhvapuṇḍra and śaṅkha
