Records the title of this text, second which bears no.35 records few incomplete lines pertaining to śaivasiddhānta and the 3rd fol. Records a line. There are two extra folios in this text, of which one is at the beginning which has been numbered: 1A and records benedictory verses; and another extra folio is there after fol.63 which is numbered 63A and records the same text which has been scribed on fol.63. The pagination seems incorrect because after no. 65 there starts no.57 in spite of the continuity of the text

Fol - 1Aa, l - 1; śaratkāle tu vaiśākhe dīkṣāśreṣṭhaphalapradaṃ phalgune mārgaśiṣye cājyeṣṭhā dīkṣā ca madhyamaṃ। āṣāḍhe mākhamāse[māghamāse] ca kaniṣṭhā sat dāhṛtāniditā । śravaṇaṃ caitraṃ puṣye bhādrapadastathā dīkṣā ca sthāpanaṃ caivāpavitradiśataḥ kṛtoḥ ।
