This text is a collection of various rituals related to vāstu. Thus it contains vāstuśānti in 7 - 15a, yāgapūjā 19 - 23, maṇḍapapūjā 24 - 25a, agnikārya 25b - 29, trikhaṇḍanyāsa 38b - 45a, gaurīkalānyāsa 45b - 46b, prāṇapratiṣṭhā 46b - 47b, vyomavyāpikrama 47 - 48a, maṇḍapalakṣaṇa (kāraṇāgama) 48b - 49a, kumbhalakṣaṇa 49b - 51, toraṇa and araṇī 52 - 54. A blank folio at the end and 5 small folios sizes of 3 cm x 14 cm contain a fragement of text of which the source is not traced
