The colophon at the end of the first part reads: " iti śrībrahmāṇḍapurāṇe lalitopākhyāne stotrakhaṇḍe hayagrīvāgastyasaṃvāde śrīlalitādevītriśatiśatatrayopadeśo nāma pañcaviṃśo'dhyāyaḥ।

Fol - [33a], l - 1; oṃ śrīmahātripurasundaryai namaḥ। asya śrīlalitātripurasundarītriśatināmastotramahāmantrasya hayagrīvaṛṣiḥ anuṣṭupchandaḥ rājarājeśvarī lalitāṃbā śrīmahātripurasundarī devatā। aiṃ bījaṃ sīṃ śaktiḥ sauṃ kīlakaṃ mahārājarājeśvarīprasādasiddhyarthe jape viniyogaḥ।

Fol - [41b], l - 4; mantrātmakatvameteṣāṃ nāmrāṃ nāmātmatāpi ca। tasmādekāgramanasā śrotavyaṃ bhavatā sadā॥ 27॥ ityuktvā taṃ hayagrīvaḥ procennāmaśatatrayaṃ॥ śrīrastu । śrīlalitāṃbārpaṇamastu। oṃ tatsat brahmārpaṇamastu। śrīmatsadgurucaraṇāravindārpaṇamastu ।
