Miscellaneous Notes
There are two extra folios at the beginning which record the contents of the text. This text seems to be a manual for śaiva priest. It records various rites pertaining to pratiṣṭhā and sometime quotes mulāgamas, like: kāraṇa, yogaja, kāmika etc. For details see contents

Fol - 1a, l - 1; adhaḥ kūrmaśīlāsīnāṃ kṣīrodasitavigrahāṃ maulo bījāṃkurākārāṃ varadābhayahastadāṃ pāśāṃkuśadharāṃ śaktiṃ kriyāmādhārarūpiṇīṃ । oṃ hrīṃ ādhāraśaktyai namaḥ।

Fol - 198b, l - 4; asya śrīvaruṇarājamahāmantrasya maitrāvaruṇaṛṣiḥ anuṣṭupchandaḥ mahāvaruṇo devatā vaṃ bījaṃ svāhāśaktiḥ maṃ kīlakaṃ mahāvaruṇaprasādasiddhyarthe jape viniyogaḥ। vāmityādiṣaḍaṅganyāsaḥ । dhyāna pūrvavat mūlamantraṃ tathā । āṇanta[ānanda] varṣaṃ dhanurmāsaṃ 11 mutintatu।
