Fol - 25a, l - 1; asya śrīparamadivyasahasranāmastotramahāmantrasya śrībhagavān nārāyaṇaṛṣiḥ anuṣṭupcchandaḥ paramatmā śrīmahādevatā । nama titi bījaṃ । śivāyeti śaktiḥ । caitanyamiti kīlakaṃ ।

Fol - 25b, l - 2; dhyānaṃ । kailāsādrinibhaṃ śaśāṃkavalayā[valayaṃ] sphūrjajaṭāmaṇḍalaṃ nāsāloka na tatparaṃ triṇayanaṃ vīrāsanāḍhyāsinaṃ mudrāṭaṃkakuraṃgajānuvilasat bāhuṃ prasannānanaṃ kaṣyā baddhabhujaṃgamaṃ munivrataṃ vande maheśaṃ param । oṃ namaḥ ।
